  Getting To Know Each Other

  Your first step to get started is by making an appointment. In your first meeting, please have your drawings if you had a designer consultation already and photos with ideas of how you want your room to look alike.

  We care deeply about your experience, from start to finish – and years afterward! That is why our process starts warm, welcome, and friendly:

  • The process begins with no cost or obligation.
  • We learn about you and your project – which means asking a lot of questions!
  • We don’t worry! We know how overwhelming renovation can be, and we will help you step by step along the way.

  Estimate and Agreement

  Within a couple of days after your first meeting, we send to you email your estimate with
  the scope of work described, prices, method of payments accepted and payment schedule proposal. Once you click on the “Accept” button of your estimate, we will be
  sending you our agreement to be sing.

  Once you and our team have reached a clear understanding of the details and price of your project, we begin signing agreements, which place your project on our production schedule. During this phase, we also begin the “behind the scenes” work, which includes managing the construction documents, installation plans, final engineering, placing orders for products, and pulling all necessary permits.

  Pre-Construction Meeting

  As we know, plans and desires can be changed. Because of it, before your renovation starts, we will schedule an in-person meeting to go over all the scope of work and check if you have all the materials selected and ordered to prevent delays during your renovation. At this time, we will:

  • Give the project one more detailed review.
  • Discuss all day-to-day logistics of life during remodeling.
  • Adjust for considerations we need to be aware of while working in your home.
  • Review any concerns you may have about the design, build, or remodeling process.

  Building Your Project

  At this stage, we have a set of shared expectations, a timeline, and all the preliminary plans worked out. It’s time to begin your project. We strive to keep your home clean, safe, and secure throughout the entire design, build, and remodel process. Our team remains committed to your project until it is done, and we aim to minimize disruption and inconvenience while your project is underway.

  Peace of Mind & Warranty

  When we archive this stage of your renovation process you will be enjoying your new space, we will come together again to discuss the warranty and final steps. At Bozetti’s Group, your project is covered under our 3-year warranty*.
